2. Nature of Services & Educational Content

  • Free Content: Blog posts, videos, social content, and downloadable guides are provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

  • Consulting & Strategy Services: 1-on-1 strategy sessions (such as our 90-minute strategy call) and deliverables act strictly as strategic advisory. We do not provide done-for-you execution, legal, financial, tax, or medical advice.

  • No Earnings or Outcome Guarantees: Results depend on your individual execution, follow-through, market conditions, and business model. We do not guarantee revenue, client enrollment numbers, or specific outcomes.

3. Payments, Cancellations & Refund Policy

  • Paid Services: All paid strategy calls, consulting fees, and digital products are priced in USD as stated at checkout. Payment is required in full upon booking or purchase.

  • No Refunds: Paid strategy sessions and digital products are non-refundable once purchased or booked.

  • Rescheduling Policy: Live 1-on-1 strategy calls may be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled time and must be completed within 30 days of the original booking date, or the fee is forfeited.

  • Third-Party Software Costs: Recommended tools or platforms (such as GoHighLevel) are independent subscriptions paid directly to the respective software providers.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Our Materials: All site copy, original graphics, framework diagrams, logic maps, and downloadable resources are the intellectual property of Clarissa Chiu. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use purchased or downloaded materials for your own business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim our materials as your own.

  • Your Materials: You retain full ownership of all proprietary business data, client details, and strategy information you share with us.

5. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or content to distribute spam, upload malicious code, scrape content, or engage in unauthorized commercial activities.

6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clarissa Chiu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site, content, or strategy guidance. Total financial liability for paid services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific service.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
